Kara Staniszewski is a graduate of Whitney M. Young Magnet School in Chicago, IL.

Before she began her career in real estate, Kara owned & operated a construction company, had a career in acting and competed in women's fitness competitions.

Kara started with Weichert Realtors in 2001 as a part time agent. Her background in construction has enabled her to have a deep-understanding of the home-building process and ability to diagnose houses instantly, to better serve all of her clients. By 2006 Kara became a full time agent, joined the 100k club & was awarded bronze level circle of excellence.

Later in 2011 Kara joined Re/max and hit the ground running, she jumped from bronze right to becoming a gold level producer. In 2017 Kara achieved her first Platinum Level Producer award, with 70+ closed transactions totaling in of over $20 million in sales.

Now in 2019 Kara has joined Re/max First Realty II in Cranford, NJ and has created a small forward-thinking, tech-savvy group of expert realtors. With expertise in marketing, negotiating tactics and networking, Team Ski uses its unparalleled knowledge to help clients buy, sell and invest in real estate throughout New Jersey.

Since starting, Kara has also taken a +12 years journey studying Martial Arts and has received her third degree black belt. She also taught large classes that helped people develop discipline, restraint and focused commitment for working towards achievable goals.
